Summary. Fuel viscosity in the measure of inner friction resulting from resistance during flow. Fuel with higher viscosity is characterized by a more orderly speed field, especially for high pressure. Different viscosity of flues injected at different pressures results in strong lack of homogeneity in speed field.

Streszczenie. Lepkość paliwa jest miarą tarcia wewnętrznego, charakteryzującą opór jaki występuje przy przepływie. Paliwo o większej lepkości charakteryzuje się bardziej uporządkowanym polem prędkości, szczególnie przy wysokich ciśnieniach. Różna lepkości paliw wtryskiwanych przy różnych ciśnieniach wpływa na silną niejednorodność pola prędkości.

Summary. The analytical researches of substantiation and choice of optimum parameters of units, which include a tractor and trailing sugar-beet harvester, is given. The research basis is determined by mathematical model, which describes conditions of effective unitizing, enables to define working speed and unit productivity. The accounts, carried out on PC, have allowed to define optimal parameters of specified units by productivity criterion.

Summary. Present method relates to constructing calculated model of flat parallel movement of root harvester. The equations in Lagrange form of the second degree were adopted as initial equations. On results of numerical solution of obtained system of differential equations on computer and investigation by Lyapunov method were determined the dynamic characteristics of root harvester. Obtained dependencies might be applied for theoretical investigations of other mobile machinery aggregates.

Summary. Mixing the components is one of the processes included into producing organic-mineral fertilizers. Modeling the process of mixing the components allows to formulate the law of moving the mixture components. Already existing researches on movements of the loose substances upon the gravity surfaces are based on the movement of a material point, influenced by the enclosed forces, upon the surface. The given theory is valid if applied to the research of movement parameters of perfectly loose substances only Tau0=0.
In the article we introduce the method of defining the velocity of movement of loose and loose conjoint substances upon the surfaces of rolling trays of the mixers. The dependence for defining the velocity of movement of the substance upon the surface, the forming line to which is a parabola, was formulated on the bases of the propounded method.

Summary. Paper presented the results of investigations concerning the influence of tempering conditions on grinding energy indices of barley and corn kernel. It was shown, that as kernel moisture and tempering period increased the grinding energy and grinding index K increased too (form 206 to 291 kJ*kg-1 and form162 to 223 kJ*kg-1*mm0,5). The greatest changes of grinding energy were observed for 24 hours of tempering. The grinding energy indices were described by the regression equations in function of kernel moisture and time of tempering.

Streszczenie. W pracy przdstawiono wyniki badań nad wpływem warunków kondycjonowania ziarna na wskaźniki energochłonności rozdrabniania jęczmienia i kukurydzy. Wraz ze zwiększeniem wilgotności oraz z upływem czasu leżakowania wzrasta energochłonność jednostkowa rozdrabniania (od 206 do 291 kJ*kg-1) oraz stała rozdrabniania K (od 162 do 223 kJ*kg-1*mm0,5). Największe zmiany tych wskaźników następowały przez 24 godziny od momentu dodania wody do ziarna. Zależności między określonymi wskaźnikami energochłonności a wilgotnością ziarna i czasem leżakowania opisano równaniami regresji.

Summary. Some ways of selection of linear-broken distribution of braking forces in pick-ups according to rules of ECE Regulation No. 13 are described in the article. Summary. The results of tests of DI diesel S-4003 fuelled with diesel fuel and special additives Skydd and Elf Diecyl have been presented in the paper. Additives influence on fuel rheological properties, engine operational parameters and exhaust gas smokiness has been investigated. Speed dynamic characteristics obtained by engine acceleration have been used in the researches. The positive but little effect of tested additives on engine operational parameters and exhaust gas smokiness has been stated.

Streszczenie. W referacie przedstawiono wyniki badań silnika wysokoprężnego z wtryskiem bezpośrednim S-4003 zasilanego olejem napędowym z dodatkami specjalnymi Skydd i Elf Diecyl. Badano wpływ dodatku na właściwości reologiczne paliwa, parametry robocze silnika i zadymienie spalin. W badaniach wykorzystano prędkościowe charakterystyki dynamiczne uzyskiwane podczas rozpędzania silnika na biegu luzem. Stwierdzono korzystny, choć niewielki wpływ badanych dodatków na parametry robocze silnika oraz zadymienie spalin.

Summary. The method of diagnosing of the state of engine oil based on the pressure measurement in the main oil conduit of the engine was presented in the article. It was assumed that the main criteria deciding about lubricating agent exchange is its dynamic viscosity. Limiting viscosities, at which further exploitation of engine threatens with excessive consumption of co-operating elements were determined. An indirect system of continuous monitoring of oil in the group of vehicles and machines working in the agricultural industry was offered.

Streszczenie. W artykule przedstawiono metodę diagnozowania stanu oleju silnikowego na pod-stawie pomiaru ciśnienia w głównej magistrali olejowej silnika. Przyjęto, że głównym kryterium decydującym o wymianie środka smarnego jest lepkość dynamiczna. Wyznaczono graniczne lepkości, przy których dalsza eksploatacja silnika grozi nadmiernym zużyciem elementów współ-pracujących. Zaproponowano pośredni układ ciągłego monitoringu oleju w grupie pojazdów i maszyn pracujących w rolnictwie.

Summary. The work presents the results of survey of the oat grain length, width, contour and area of which moisture content was from 0,136 to 0,316 kg/kg d.b. and which was kept from 0 to 10 days in isolated box. As a result of natural process of grain respiration, the enlargement of all geometrical parameters and its temperature was observed. The statistical analysis of the survey results has shown that the storage time and the moisture content have a crucial impact on the width, length, contour and surface of single oat grain. For this survey suitable regression equations were written.

Streszczenie. Praca przedstawia wyniki pomiaru długości, szerokości, obwodu oraz pola powierzchni ziarna owsa o zawartości wody od 0,136 do 0,316 kg/kg s.m., przechowywanego w czasie od 0 do 10 dni w izolowanym pojemniku. W wyniku naturalnego procesu oddychania ziarna następowało zwiększenie jego wszystkich parametrów geometrycznych oraz jego temperatury. Analiza statystyczna wyników badań wykazała, że na takie parametry jak: szerokość, długość, obwód i pole powierzchni pojedynczego ziarna istotnie wpływają czas przechowywania oraz zawartość wody. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników badań wyprowadzono równania regresji.

Summary. The conductivity (MA) computer identification method of automatic regulator of automobile braking forces is suggested. Quantity data of regulator conductivity and mathematical relations (MA) depending on regulator control lever position are obtained. These results allow conducting with high accuracy the dynamics calculations of pneumatic drives with the in-built regulator of the braking forces.

Streszczenie. Zaprezentowano metodykę komputerowej identyfikacji przewodności automatycznego regulatora siły hamowania pojazdów. Przedstawiono wartości współczynników i przebiegi określające przewodność regulatora w funkcji położenia dźwigni sterującej. Wyniki umożliwiają prowadzenie dokładnych obliczeń dynamiki pneumatycznych układów hamulcowych z regulatorem siły hamowania.

Summary. If duty motor drive in lower than voltage rating then his power supply voltage rating is not advisable. One should apply lower tension to such values at given endoergic indicator possibly highest. Lowering the tension causes diminution dependent on its losses of power and resulting in higer of indicator endoergic.

Streszczenie. Jeżeli obciążenie silnika jest mniejsze od znamionowego, to jego zasilanie napięciem znamionowym nie jest celowe. Należy obniżyć napięcie do takiej wartości, by przy danym obciążeniu wskaźniki energetyczne były możliwie najwyższe. Obniżenie napięcia powoduje zmniejszenie zależnych od niego strat mocy, a przez to wzrost wskaźników energetycznych.

ANALIZA OPORÓW CIĘCIA ZIARNA KUKURYDZY CUKROWEJ

Summary. The work presents results of tests on the cutting resistance values of sweet corn grain during the process of its separation from cobs. Measurements of the cutting forces values were taken on a testing stand. An influence of the rotational head's velocity and the moving knife's velocity on the tested parameters of the grain cutting resistance was analyzed. The obtained results showed that the lowest cutting resistance values occurred at the head's velocity of 194.7 rad.s-1 and the moving knife's velocity of 0.005 m.s-1. In this case the mean grain cutting forces value was about 1.13 N. Significantly higher cutting resistance values were recorded at the head's velocity of 130,9 rad.s-1 and the moving knife's velocity of 0.015 m.s-1. In this case the mean grain cutting forces value grew more than 60% and was about 1.85 N.

Streszczenie. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań oporów cięcia ziarna kukurydzy cukrowej podczas procesu jego oddzielania od rdzeni kolb. Pomiary wielkości sił cięcia zostały przeprowadzone na stanowisku badawczym. Analizowano wpływ prędkości głowicy obrotowej oraz prędkości przesuwu noża na badane parametry oporów cięcia ziarna. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników stwierdzono, że najniższe opory cięcia występowały przy prędkości głowicy wynoszącej 194,7 rad.s-1 oraz przesuwu noża tnącego - 0,005 m.s-1. Średnia wartość sił cięcia ziarna w tym przypadku wynosiła ok. 1,13 N. Natomiast znacznie wyższe opory cięcia odnotowano przy prędkości głowicy wynoszącej 130,9 rad.s-1 oraz przesuwu noża tnącego - 0,015 m.s-1. Średnia wartość sił cięcia ziarna w tym przypadku wzrosła o ponad 60% i wynosiła ok. 1,85 N.

AN ANALYSIS OF KINEMATIC PARAMETERS OF AXIAL PISTON HYDROMACHINE WITH CONICAL TYPE VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT - pełny artykuł (full article) - plik PDF

Summary. The variable displacement of axial piston hydromachines has wide application in hydraulic drives of mobile machinery in view of some advantages, such as small dimensions and weight at high values of working pressure. In this article a new design of conical type regulation of variable displacement axial piston hydromachines with bent axis is presented. Formulas for definition of cinematic parameters are given. Parameters are calculated and the results of calculations are analyzed. The results show that the offered way of regulation allows to essentially expand the functionalities of the hydromachine due to change of the adjusting characteristics to increase accuracy and sensitivity of regulation, to lower efforts of regulation, to provide overturn of working stream. This design of axial piston hydromachine with conical regulation also guarantees an increase of production adaptability because the surfaces of the socket contacting details are flat.

Summary. Mathematical models of vehicle operating processes has been shown, in which the technical state of objects and operating costs were used as effectiveness evaluation criterion of costs of operating systems of machines. The Markov's chain method was used in developing the models.

Summary. In this paper a method of regeneration was presented of threadbare roller bracers of the type MBC-140A, which our ground down to the dust-like coal state, intended for incineration in the heating. Using the method an unceasing work of any thermal power-station is secured. It consists in that in place of melting on the threadbare surface of billow of metal, it is mechanically gnawed as an outward cone, and then a ring is fitted on it with an inner cone of extra-hard metal, which through puck on the butt-end surface is kept by screw-bolts, along the line of engulfed and worn-out surface, so that an immobile halving billow-ring with the primary functions at work is created.

NAKŁADY ENERGETYCZNE W RÓŻNYCH SYSTEMACH GOSPODAROWANIA

Summary. Energy expenditure levels were analyzed in 56 family farms. Farms were divided according to the managing systems (defined according to the points of organization intensity of Soot production) into three groups of farms (about numbers) extensive - (16), conventional (24), intensive (16). It was affirmed, that the largest objective energetic work expenditure levels expressed in kWh/ha were found in extensive farms, and the largest people work expenditure levels expressed in rbh/ha were observed in intensive farms.

Streszczenie. Analizowano poziom nakładów energetycznych poniesionych w 56 gospodarstwach rodzinnych. Gospodarstwa podzielono wg systemu gospodarowania (wg punktów intensywności organizacji produkcji Kopcia) na trzy grupy (o liczebności) -ekstensywne (16), konwencjonalne (24), intensywne (16). Stwierdzono, że największe nakłady energetyczne pracy uprzedmiotowionej, wyrażone w kWh/ha UR, ponosiły gospodarstwa ekstensywne, a pracy ludzi, wyrażone w rbh/ha UR - gospodarstwa intensywne.

Summary. The article presents the results of experimental tests of hourly and unitary fuel consumption in the effective power function of the S-4003 engine of an Ursus C -360 tractor, at change of injection advance angle. The tests were carried out on a dynamometric stand in an engine brake room, for two rotation speeds of the engine and for the full road range. The measurements of the amount of the fuel consumed by the tested engine was performed by the weight method.

Streszczenie. Praca zawiera wyniki badań eksperymentalnych godzinowego i jednostkowego zużycia paliwa w funkcji mocy efektywnej silnika S-4003 ciągnika rolniczego Ursus C-360 przy zmianie kąta wyprzedzenia wtrysku. Badania przeprowadzono na stanowisku dynamometrycznym w hamowni silnikowej przy dwóch prędkościach obrotowych silnika, w pełnym zakresie obciążenia. Pomiary ilości zużywanego paliwa przez badany silnik realizowano metodą wagową.

Optimization possibilities were presented concerning rye -wheat cake mixing process by an evaluation of physical parameters of the dough as well as physical characteristics and quality parameters of the ready product.

Streszczenie. W pracy przeprowadzono analizę energochłonności procesu wytwarzania struktury ciasta żytnio-pszennego. Przedstawiono również możliwości optymalizacji procesu miesienia ciasta żytnio-pszennego poprzez ocenę parametrów fizycznych wyrobionej masy, jak również ocenę cech fizycznych i ocenę parametrów jakościowych gotowego wyrobu. Rejestrowane komputerowo parametry procesu miesienia, takie jak temperatura czy moment obciążający wał miesidła posłużyły do przygotowania modeli ilościowych tych parametrów procesu w czasie. Na podstawie zarejestrowanych wielkości momentu obrotowego obciążającego wał miesidła przeprowadzono analizę wielkości energii dostarczonej procesowi miesienia. Ocena reologiczna, której kryterium stanowił pomiar modułu zespolonego G* była podstawą utworzenia modelu zmian właściwości reologicznych w czasie trwania procesu miesienia. Podobne modele utworzono dla oceny instrumentalnej i sensorycznej gotowego wyrobu. Uzyskane modele ilościowe posłużyły do oceny energochłonności procesu wytwarzania struktury ciast żytnio-pszennych oraz optymalizacji czasu trwania tego procesu.

Summary. The problem of double-multiple synchronization connected with linear oscillatory system is considered by the method of direct movements division. Thus the found expressions for the vibrating moments exactly coincide with those which are received in a more complex way by means of the Puancare's method. At the same time the obtained differential equations of vibroexciters rotors movements allow us to study not only the steady established modes of the synchronous movement of vibroexciters, but also the processes of the establishment of such modes.

Streszczenie. Przedstawiono wybrane aspekty zagrożeń zanieczyszczenia środowiska olejami silnikowymi. Czas efektywnej pracy oleju i innych materiałów smarnych może zdecydowanie ograniczyć szkodliwe oddziaływanie na środowisko. Stosowanie różnych gatunków olejów, rozregulowania i uszkodzenia silników to tylko niektóre elementy intensyfikujące emisję szkodliwych składników. Wzrost zastosowania olejów o niskiej lepkości, jak i modyfikatorów tarcia wiąże się ze zmniejszeniem zużycia paliwa i zmniejszeniem emisji CO2.
