Summary: The article deals with the method and technology of rolling the working type of rope blocks with a wedge roller with the purpose of decreasing the crumpling of their superficial layer with the ropes. The results of research on diffusion of chemical elements of Cr and C from the parent metal into the superficial layer in the process of superficial plastic deformation have been described.

Summary. The basic problems of obtaining the seeds of sweet and hot pepper in the South regions of Ukraine have been considered. A new construction of device for grinding the garden stuff of vegetable cultures has been suggested. Summary: The article deals with the analysis of designs and technological methods and generalization of experimental information determining the direction of research on optimum constructions. It has been stated that the shells of sliding bearings made of carbonic composite are very perspective when water is used as a lubricant. The perspective materials for making the shells of sliding bearings are also carbonic and glass plastic with special fillings. The three-layered hybrid bearing with the guided properties can serve as the basis for creation and development of different bearings.

Summary. The passive vibration method of separating the corn ears has been grounded. The new chart of device for the separation of ears with the plate of passive vibration action has been suggested. The basic factors which influence the quality of implementation of the technological process have been determined. The estimation of economic efficiency of introduction of the suggested construction of the corn ears separating vibration device has been made.

Summary. The description of the module for calculation of cylindrical gearing has been suggested. The module is included into the new program complex for automation of design calculation of the drive units of agricultural machines. The influence of parameters of cylindrical gearing on geometrical, power and strength characteristics of the drive unit has been analyzed. The obtained analytical curvilinear functional dependences make it possible to define the most rational variants of cylindrical gearing, as well as recommend the material for the designed unit of agricultural machine.

Summury. The stress concentration near the rigid disc-shaped delaminated inclusion, which is in the unbounded elastic body (matrix), has been considered. The method of solution is based on the presentation of the displacements in the matrix through the discontinuous solutions of the Lame equations for harmonic oscillations. It allowed to reduce the initial problem to the system of singular integral equations concerning the functions connected with jumps of stresses and displacements on the inclusion. The solution of the system is approximately built by the collocation method. The obtained approximate solution made it possible to do the numerical research on the stress in the matrix near the inclusion.

Gotowoć eksploatacyjnš rozrusznika kształtować można zarówno na etapie jego konstruowania poprzez rezewowanie elementów lub obwodów jak również w procesie eksploatacji, np. poprzez odpowiednie zaplanowanie przeglšdów okresowych.

The methods and the computer program of the strength calculation of the bi-steel structures when bent by a longitudinal force with the account of the deformation scheme under the limited plastic deformations have been elaborated. The calculations made it possible to receive the envelope of the bending moments, the correcting factors and the deflection meaning along the whole length of the bar.
