Summary. The linear mathematical model is presented and transfer functions of the automatic electrohydraulic drive with throttle regulation are defined. The mathematical model is adapted on drives of the special technological equipment for machining materials, constructed on the basis of standard modules.

Summary. Modern methods for dynamic measurement of mass emissions of particulate matter from the exhaust gases of diesel power plants and requirements for accuracy and high-speed response have been analyzed. A basic diagram as well as a brassboardhave been developed for the dynamic particulate emission tester which allows control of instantaneous concentration, mass and specific particulate emissions from various types of diesel engines. Experimental research of the dynamic particulate matter tester shows its practical suitability for determination of particulate emissions in constant and unsteady operating modes of a diesel engine.

Summary. The paper discusses the application of the object-oriented analysis principles, such as a hierarchy, inheritance, polymorphism in the structural synthesis of mathematical models of rotating electrical machines. The results allow to dynamically synthesize arbitrary mathematical models of electric machines on the stage of its design and carry out an analysis of electromagnetic transients.

Summary. Cooling properties of brake disc are determined by its material, shape and other factors. In the ventilation device of the brake disc during braking there is a significant increase in air temperature, and thus on the internal elements of the drive occurs thermal stress. The highest temperature during braking has a frictional surface of the disc. The removal of thermal energy from the zone of friction contact elements disc brake enhances braking stability characteristics of a mechanical brake. The specified task can only be solved on the basis of new technical solutions in the field of brake equipment which will allow to create a system of forced cooling of the disc brake, which will ensure the effective characteristics of the cooling process, will be of an acceptable weight and dimensions and fire performance and will significantly reduce the dependence of friction coefficient on temperature generated in the contact zone of the working elements during braking. We propose a method of improving the braking equipment that provides the compressed air in frictional contact, and a method of calculating the pressure of the compressed air, and the diameter of the inlet, such that the reaction force from the compressed air does not lead to deterioration of the above listed parameters. That is, a reasonable quantification of the factors affecting the process of supplying compressed air between the brake disc and the brake pads during braking and the dynamics of their actions.

Summary. The article examines the work and key elements of the automated system for supplying abrasive material using a managed pneumatic dispensing. Proposed to manage the flow of abrasive material using continuous (for the case of emergency braking) and pulse form of dosing. Using the pulse form that allows dosing of abrasive material in a wide range, providing a number of additional options to control the sand system. Developed a functional diagram of the automatic flow of abrasive material supply system, which provides control over the flow of abrasive material and its comparison with the reference case, according to the gradation performance of the system (algorithm of dosing). The main elements of the developed system are analyzed. For the efficiency of the supply system of abrasive material it is proposed to use pulse dispenser, which has a simple structure, easy to maintain, allows supplying the dosing material as continuous and pulsed at certain intervals of time. For an accurate view of the flow rate of abrasive material, as well as the operational controlling and correcting the performance of the system in operation during development of the flow sensor of an abrasive material selected capacitive transducer, which responds to the measurement of the coefficient of filling of the abrasive material with the dielectric permittivity. This sensor can be used as an indicator of the concentration of abrasive material in the working area of the measuring capacitor. The flow rate is transmitted by a comparative microprocessor device that allows you to compare the flow rate during operation with calibration dependence corresponding to the gradation performance of the abrasive material supply system. The results of this comparison can determine the problem of the blockage of pipes, leakage, lack of abrasive material in the hopper, the failure of the pneumatic system, etc.

Summary. The article provides the analysis of current situation in freight wagon bogies and provides concepts of modern freight car bogies, namely increasing the strength of bogie side frames, lowering dynamic loads, reducing force impact on the railway, increasing the permissible speed, lowering resistance to motion, developing bogies with rolled steel in construction. The following results. The max. equivalent stress in the side frame with axle-box line 35% below the classic 18-100 and 50% below with using pre-stress. The authors created safety element of bogie side, bogies type 18-100 with the first stage spring suspension in order to improve safety and reduce the dynamics. Are used the method of applying circuit and picked up a profile based on the rails. Preliminary calculations show a reduction in weight. Are reviewed all the major perspective methods of perfection the bogies for reducing force impact on the railway and increase strength. Prepared stand tests of new freight car bogies.

Efficiency of influence of a metal macroreinforcing phase on process of solidification of large-sized castings - pełny artykuł (full article) - plik PDF

Summary. In a paper the question of manufacture of large castings by a casting method on Lost-foam process is considered. For the purpose of obtaining of castings with the guaranteed quality examined possibility of an intensification of process of solidification of preforms by introduction in polystyrene model a sample piece of a reinforcing metal phase. Conditions and regularities heat-weight transfer and hydrodynamics in systems "metal-sample piece-implantat-shape" and "metal – a reinforcing phase – the shape", and also interaction of new systems making these are defined. It is determined that lead of a macroreinforcing phase in polystyrene model sample piece or it is direct in a mould cavity allows to create new molten constructions which possess a complex of functional properties earlier not to inherent traditional cast alloys, namely: heightened strength properties of molten constructions, hardening of a surface layer of molten constructions or heightening of its special performances. It is fixed that presence of a macroreinforcing phase creates conditions for increase in a freezing rate of an alloy to its directly proportional mass and with its increase concerning metal volume in shape thus does not augment quantity indicators on ejection of harmful substances in atmosphere.

Summary. Energy efficiency fuel gas installations possible when activating molecules reagents combustion reaction by ultraviolet light emission. Grounded basic parameters of ultraviolet light emission for transfer reagent molecules in the excited state. The results of the experiment show search efficiency of photoactivation reagent molecules of the combustion of vacuum ultraviolet radiation to improve the efficiency of the combustion of natural gas in the air.

Summary. The search for new solutions in the direction of producing fuels from coal that are more efficient and more usable of energyresources with a relatively low cost, objectively led to the creation of coal-water fuel (CWF). The significantly greater economic efficiency of coal compared to gas and oil allows to reduce running costs and to provide enterprises with the maximum profit in the energy sector. Technology of production CWF requires finding alternative plants for crushing coal, which are more effective in many performances. Based on these requirements, the construction of a vertical roller mill equipped with a high-dynamic separator is the proposed in the paper. This mill provides grinding of any rank of coal to the required fraction and it is a very cost-effective solution when it comes to specific energy consumption. There was also a scheme of arrangement grinding of coal working in non-inert and considered the principle mode of operation of the mill. It is known a number of technologies of processing coal into the so-called ecological, convenient operating kinds of fuel – gaseous and liquid. However, in the vast majority of them the complex processes of heat or chemical processing with a large capital investment and increased requirements for operation are used. A considerable amount of coal fuel reserves in Ukraine and the high price of oil and gas dictate clearly a necessity of the massive use of coal-water fuel in the nearest future, but today it is made only a search for optimal solutions for using WCF as the main fuel. There are a lot of technologies and components of preparation CWF nowadays. For the preparation of CWF different ranks of black and brown coal, coal slack consisting of a mixture of various components: coal slurry, sludge tank products, waste dumps heaps, fine-dispersed coal, low-grade coal. Comparing Degree of Conversion of Vacuum Gasoil on several Catalysts in AnC Technology - pełny artykuł (full article) - plik PDF

Summary. The paper describes the experimental studies conducted using bi-metallic oxide SiO2/ZrO2-A-69-1 catalyst for catalytic cracking of vacuum gasoil using technology of aerosol nanocatalysis on vibrating bed reactor with conditions of temperature ranging from 300oC-550oC and mechanical chemical activation frequency ranging from 5.5-6Hz. Influence of temperature and variation in mechanical chemical activation frequency was observed in order to ascertain how such influences affects the degree of conversion of vacuum gasoil to light products. By controlling the oscillation frequency in the vibrating-bed reactor and regulating temperature, the activity of the bi-metallic oxide SiO2/ZrO2-A-69-1 catalyst increased, chemical reaction rate increased, which invariably increased the degree of conversion. Based on the experimental result in this work with bi-metallic oxide SiO2/ZrO2-A-69-1 catalyst, the highest degree of conversion to light products was obtained at temperature of 300oC and at frequency of 5.5 Hz. On the basis of experimental studies and known facts about the peculiarities of the process the technological scheme has been developed for the pilot unit of the catalytic cracking of vacuum gas oil via aerosol nanocatalysis technology .

The algorithm of modeling of receipt and service of orders processes with account of the necessity for compliance with warranty duration of repair - pełny artykuł (full article) - plik PDF

Summary. In the article there is provided the description of the algorithm of modeling the process of receipt and service of incoming flows of orders for repair with an account of regularities of their emergence, that have been identified on the basis of the register books of orders of technical service enterprises, and with consideration of the need for compliance with warranty duration of relatively person belonging repair. The initial data for the modeling are the following: parametric rows of production structures of processing lines (TL) or sections (TS) of repair of different annual performance Q?, duration of the technological process of repair ??.?, value of warranty duration of repair ?? and terms of compensation to the customers in case of non-compliance with this duration, range of variation of a value of the time reservation factor ?T = 1…?T max (where ?T =??/??.?), and also the pattern of variation of annual repair program by years of exploitation of TL or TS WP = =f(?). The algorithm calls for implementation of five basic steps, namely: 1) selection of TL (TS) from the parametric row; 2) repeated reproduction process of receipt and service of orders for repair for each year of exploitation of TL (TS); 3) calculation of physical and techno-economic criteria of compliance with the ?? for direct and reverse sequences of orders fulfillment and for different values of the time reservation factor ?T = =1…?Tmax based on the results of every such reproduction; 4) statistic analysis of the results of calculation of physical and techno-economic criteria of compliance with the ?? for each year of exploitation of TL (TS); 5) output of the results of statistic analysis for the whole period of exploitation of TL (TS). Each of the abovementioned modeling phases is described in detail. Application of the proposed algorithm will permit to choose TL (TS) from the parametric row and to substantiate the warranty duration of fulfillment of orders for repair ?? with an account of the objective variability of annual repair programs during the entire period of exploitation of TL (TS).
