Summary. In the article the essence of diagnostics is examined and the expedience of its application is grounded in relation to the estimation of the marketing complex state of enterprises. Procedure, basis of which is a certain aggregate of indexes, grouped after their ponderability and rates of growth as so-called the dynamic indicator of the marketing complex state, is developed. The created diagnostic procedure was approved by the example of Ukrainian enterprises of machine-building industry.

Summary. The numerical method of calculation of electromagnetic field in a control sample at a time of work of feed-through circle-current converter is offered. The method is based on a numerical solution f the two Maxwell equations, which connect a change of electrical and magnetic fields. It allows to make calculations taking into account the actual value of magnetic inductivity of metal and to get results in any form, convenient for further interpretations.

Summary. The most important criterions of gearing efficiency is teeth wear. The order of synthesis of original profile geometry of cutting instrument for cutting teeth with increased teeth wear is set out in this report. It is based on the model of teeth wear of closed gearing that work in oil reservoir. The differential equation is received; its solution determines geometrical parameters of original profile. The parameters depend on set point of comparative teeth wear of synthesizing gearing and evolvent gearing with toothing. The finding solution is used for creation of equation of working teeth surfaces in toothing.

Summary. The investigation of warm deforming of copper porous powder billets has been conducted at temperature range 20-600°C using hydraulic and screw presses. The relations of ultimate degree of deformation from temperature have obtained for different porosity values of billets. It has established that increasing of strain degree follows by ambiguous increasing of density at whole temperature range. The warm deforming modes that allow ensuring the maximum density of billets have developed.

Summary: The object of this investigation was to design, develop and simulate a fuzzy logic controller for an active steering control system of a rail vehicle. The active steering railway bogie is built upon the application of axle boxes with links and actuators inclined to the longitudinal axle of bogie in the horizontal plane. Actuator actions depend on analysis of noise in the wheel-rail contact. The simulation of the proposed system was performed using Matlab/Simulink and Simpack software products. The obtained results of simulations with a locomotive model running in a curve show the possibility of the application of the proposed design for new rail vehicles and locomotives produced earlier, which have running gear based on Alstom designed constraints.

Summary. This paper provides a review of experimental investigations and available models of gear load-independent power losses (windage losses, churning losses and air-oil pocketing power losses) for spur, helical, and bevel gears. The aim of the review is to provide a comprehensive compilation of published information on gear load-independent power losses to assist gearbox designers in identifying relevant experimental and modeling information. While it is clear from the review of published work that the rotational speed, gear geometrical parameters, degree of confinement, and density of the fluid surrounding the gear are important, the degree of effect and general solutions for reducing power loss are less clear. The motivation for this is that for some applications, this power loss can be a significant component, particularly lightly loaded high-speed applications.

Summary. Rise in price of binders production is based on oil and its derivatives has led to the economic inexpediency of using many traditionally used binder materials. It involves deterioration of labor conditions and destabilization of environment ecological indices. These stipulate the search of acceptable alternatives. One of which may be enlargement of vegetative raw material processing products as binder materials.

The methods of mathematical and physical simulation determined features of physicals weep processes happening in devices at their operation on single-phase and heterogeneous mediums. The mathematical simulation was made on the basis of numerical solutions Reynolds equations. The experimentally obtained operating brought to the universal characteristic.

Factors which considerably influence and complicate the person's existence and survival in the conditions of the information society are analyzed. Summary. The solution method of the problem of optimization batch's composition is offered. It provides maximum of an output at a minimum of useful products' losses with a waste in conditions of raw materials' astable deliveries. The problem's decomposition with separation of restoration fractional and granulometric composition's problem under the incomplete information is carried out. It is shown that use of the offered method provides increase of a concentrating factory's overall performance.

Summary. A method of synthesis of neuron networks is offered, which unites formation of interneuron connections, choice of the quantity of neurons composing a network and defining their weight coefficients within a single iteration process. Based on the specific features of the interneuron connections, there is the offer to define a new type of network topology - networks with fractal structure. The effectiveness of use of the synthesized networks, which are united in the network system, is shown.

Summary. This paper considers the methods of theoretical estimation of the contact thermal resistance of the elements of the active liquid-air cooling system of the locomotive disk brake. It gives the possibility to carry out estimation of heat exchange in the contact of heterogeneous materials taking into account their microscopic and macroscopic parameters. Its application enables to carry out the necessary thermal contact correction of the integration: brake disk - heat removing element aimed at the provision of optimal functioning of the active cooling system of the locomotive disk brake.
